Biography
Born and raised in England, David is an award-winning artist who works in the classical tradition. He lives in Victoria, British Columbia where he also teaches painting and drawing. He was elected to the Canadian Society of Painters in Watercolour in 1997. In 1998 he was awarded the Honour Award and A.J. Casson Medal. He works in oil, watercolour and etching.
David is represented by galleries in New York, Washington, Long Beach and Chicago. His paintings hang in corporate and private collections worldwide. In Victoria, he is represented by The Gallery in the Oak Bay Village and Full Circle Studio Arts. He has been featured in International Artist Magazine's Master Painters of the World and in Watercolor Magic and Style at Home.
